About the Team: Join the TikTok LIVE team in Southeast Asia, where we focus on empowering creators through education and community building. Our mission is to help creators thrive on international short video platforms. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. - Responsible for creator education and training; provide systematic education to creators, helping them understand and familiarize themselves with international short video platforms, live streaming features, and platform policies. - Develop growth paths and content strategies for creators, monitor their live streaming performance, and assist in improving their data and content quality. - Build and manage online communities, recruit and operate creators, and provide ongoing support and communication to accelerate creator growth and uplift. - Analyze community creator data and feedback to identify issues, then implement feasible solutions or activities to enhance creator engagement and revenue metrics

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above. - Fluent in English. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Passionate about live streaming internationalization, mobile entertainment, social media, and pop culture. - Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to effectively drive project implementation and completion. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in user operations, with experience in live streaming, content marketing, or education/training preferred. - Familiarity with live streaming operation models and trends, with strong business insight into emerging technologies.
