Job Description

On Food & Beverage International Student Internship, you will be responsible for the daily outlet operations while gaining hands on experience in luxury hospitality. The role is designed to develop professional skills, service mindset, and operational knowledge in line with Sofitel's French Art de Vivre and luxury service standards.
* Learn and apply Sofitel brand standards, grooming standards, and service culture.
* Deliver courteous, professional, and luxury level service to guests and ambassadors.
* Deliver courteous, professional, and luxury level service to guests and colleagues
* Participate in training sessions, briefings, and learning activities assigned by the department
* Assist the department team in daily operational tasks according to standard operating procedures
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the work area
* Follow hotel policies, procedures, health & safety, and confidentiality requirement
* Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management
* Internship must be part of an academic requirement (preferred)
* Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional behavior.
* Good communication skills: Fluent English is required (additional languages are an advantage).
* Ability to work in a team-oriented and multicultural environment
