As a Manufacture Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project and improvement initiatives within Siemens' manufacturing processes in Pulomas, Jakarta.

You'll create impact by:

* Conducting Takt time process analysis within the factory.
* Supporting improvement projects related to logistics and manufacturing.
* Developing dashboards for operational processes (utilizing Power BI or other relevant tools).
* Performing data analysis, reporting, and visualizing insights for ongoing and completed process improvements.
* Creating presentations to communicate improvement project outcomes.
* Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital infrastructures.

Your defining qualities:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and other Microsoft platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A keen interest in digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
* Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI and Visio.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or PDCA methodologies.
* Familiarity with production Takt time concepts.
