About the Team The E-Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our talent acquisition team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: 1. Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels. 2. Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business's needs and goals are fulfilled. 3. Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners. 4. Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency. 5. Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth. 6. Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space; - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions; - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally; - Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices; - Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
