E-Commerce Intern

We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a: E-Commerce Intern

E-Commerce:
* Daily monitoring of website performance, to find actions to improve KPI's and sales trends.
* Keep the product catalog updated with new arrivals and check that all information is correct and all assets present (product imagery, price, description etc.)
* Daily audit of the websites in search of any anomalies to be promptly actioned and/or reported to the IT Team, Digital Team etc.
* Align with local & central teams to ensure coordination of marketing activities across Europe.
* Edit European and International content to ensure that it is coherent with the brand as well as local cultures.
* Partner with brick-and-mortar Retail Team and Customer Service to execute & monitor Click & Collect, Endless Aisle and all other OmniChannel initiatives.
* Propose and influence plans for future EU E-Commerce growth.
* Periodical ad-hoc website performance analysis for ongoing UX optimizations etc.
Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze sales trends, traffic and site key performance indicators (drop off rates, engagement etc.) to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
* Research and analyze business trends, benchmark sister brands and competition; analyze customer behavior data and activities to identify opportunities & best practices.
Visual Merchandising:
* Manage the online product catalogue for European and International websites.
* Ensure E-Commerce stock is accurately reflected on the front-end by manually enabling/disabling individual products as new stock is uploaded in the back end and check all products are uploaded with correct image, description, price etc.
* Front-end stock management - work with Digital team to ensure products are best displayed in the front-end, highlighting the seasonal pieces/novelties. 
Third Party Management:
* Manage the online product catalogue for Third Party websites.
* Ensure E-Commerce stock is accurately reflected on the front-end of these websites by manually enabling/disabling individual products as new stock is uploaded in the back end and check all products are uploaded with correct image, description, price etc.
* Front-end stock management - work with Third Parties to ensure products are best displayed in the front-end, highlighting the seasonal pieces/novelties etc, while working to ensure obsolete products are removed in a timely manner.
* Consistently audit Third Party websites and review client feedback to ensure quick resolution of website errors.
* Manage and develop the processes, commercial activities etc. between Bulgari and Third Parties to improve sales

Profil requis du candidat:

Acquisition:
* Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing including Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing - contributing to the conversations between agency, central and local marketing performance teams.
CRM:
* Knowledgeable in digital marketing including CRM - contributing to the conversations between agency, central and local CRM teams.
* Collaborate with local CRM Team on content, outreaches and segmentation to communicate and engage with current EU E-Commerce database.
* Make suggestions to optimize the loyalty of European clients to Bulgari.com with both Central and Local Teams to drive revenue
