Overview FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM MAY We are looking for an engaged and passionate Brand Experience Intern to join our Worldwide Brand Experience team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES: Event Support Coordination of checklist materials and staff lists; Overview of gifting and event collaterals; Management and research of staff uniforms and show arments production; Coordination of materials and collection shipping logistics; Documentation Preparation Creation of production decks, run of show documents, pre/post-event decks, production plans, timelines, and reports; Material checklists and inventory tracking; Drive folder organization for team file sharing; Preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and recap documents; Maintenance and updating of the supplier database; Creation and updating of competitor reporting documents; Administrative Back Office Supplier onboarding and PO (Purchase Order) entry; Monitoring of payment flows and status updates; Coordination of contract signature process. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Strong use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Mac tools; Great organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams; Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree or local country equivalent; Interest in Retail Luxury Fashion is a plus; Fluent in English, written and spoken; International experience is a plus. Profil requis du candidat:
