Data Protection Internship - June 26

Description du poste:

During this 6-month internship, you will support the Legal Department in Milan in all activities related to data protection, digital compliance, and technology law, with a particular focus on privacy, artificial intelligence, and digital agreements.
In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:
* Privacy and data protection compliance management
* Drafting and review of data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy policies, and digital agreements
* Support on artificial intelligence governance and AI regulatory compliance
* Legal support for digital transformation and LegalTech projects
* Review and management of technology, SaaS, and software-related contracts
* Monitoring of data protection and digital regulatory developments
* Support in compliance assessments and risk analysis related to digital business operations
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams on privacy and compliance matters
* Support in the implementation of internal policies and procedures related to data protection and digital compliance
The experience will start in June 2026.
