What You'll Do
You will join Milan Accounting team and will have the chance to acquire specific and hands-on knowledge of all processes related to accounting such as reporting and analysis, preparing monthly reconciliations and budgets for some accounts including: banks, employee purchases, accounts payable, prepayments, other debtors and interests.

You Are Good At
* Processing information with precision;
* Understanding the accounting requirements and managing the flow of info accordingly;
* Cooperating across teams and departments in a complex environment;
* Setting priorities and acting accordingly;
* Reporting and data analyses.

What You'll Bring
* University degree (BSc or MSc) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance;
* Good proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel, with hands-on experience in Excel;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Italian and English (C1);
* Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;
* Attention to details and accuracy.

Who You'll Work With
You will be working within the Finance department of BCG Italy, responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG. This team makes a decisive impact on the firm's direction, performance, and risk-management models. Finance jobs include accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, tax and treasury, financial systems, payroll, and executive compensation.
