About the Role
Join our Work Dynamics business line as a Transaction Manager Intern and gain hands-on experience in transaction management within a fast-paced, client-centric environment. This six-month opportunity provides exposure to real estate portfolio optimization, contract negotiation, and strategic client partnerships.
What You'll Do
As part of our Transaction Management team, you'll contribute to:
Contract Management & Compliance
Support the drafting and review of contract amendments, rent reviews, and lease renewals while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders under the mentorship of experienced team members.
Strategic Portfolio Optimization
Track and monitor strategic partnerships using specialized tools to help clients maximize the value of their global real estate portfolios. Attend client meetings and assist in developing insightful reports and presentations.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth, timely transaction execution and settlement.
Business Case Development & Analysis
Contribute to business case preparation and benchmarking initiatives, applying best-in-class practices to balance risk, performance, and cost efficiency through detailed contract analysis.
Data Analysis & Prioritization
Support priority-setting by examining lease data, contractual obligations, deadlines, and active renegotiations to inform strategic decision-making.
Market Intelligence
Conduct market value assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risk areas across target markets.
Negotiation Training
Develop practical negotiation skills by progressively taking the lead on renegotiations under expert guidance.
Policy & Process Adherence
Maintain compliance with internal policies and operational standards across all transaction activities.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
* A degree in Business, Law, or Humanities; a genuine passion for Real Estate is essential; master's degree or prior relevant experience is a plus
* A proactive learning attitude with strong commitment to team success

* Ability to manage high-volume workloads effectively
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

What We Offer
* Duration: 6-month paid internship

Cosa Farai
Come membro del team di Transaction Management, contribuirai a:
Gestione Contrattuale e Conformità
Supportare la redazione e revisione di modifiche contrattuali, revisioni canoni e rinnovi di locazione, garantendo precisione e rispetto delle procedure stabilite. Collaborerai con clienti e stakeholder sotto la guida di professionisti esperti.
Ottimizzazione Strategica del Portafoglio
Monitorare e tracciare partnership strategiche utilizzando strumenti specializzati per aiutare i clienti a massimizzare il valore dei loro portafogli immobiliari globali. Parteciperai a riunioni con i clienti e contribuirai allo sviluppo di report e presentazioni di valore.
Coordinamento degli Stakeholder
Fungere da punto di contatto tra team interni e clienti esterni per facilitare l'esecuzione fluida e tempestiva delle transazioni.
Sviluppo di Business Case e Analisi
Contribuire alla preparazione di business case e iniziative di benchmarking, applicando best practice per bilanciare rischio, performance e efficienza dei costi attraverso analisi contrattuali dettagliate.
Analisi Dati e Definizione delle Priorità
Supportare l'identificazione delle priorità analizzando dati di locazione, obblighi contrattuali, scadenze e rinegoziazioni in corso per informare le decisioni strategiche.
Intelligence di Mercato
Condurre valutazioni del valore di mercato per identificare opportunità di crescita e potenziali aree di rischio nei mercati target.
Formazione sulle Negoziazioni
Sviluppare competenze negoziali pratiche assumendo progressivamente la guida di rinegoziazioni sotto supervisione esperta.
Rispetto di Policy e Processi
Garantire la conformità alle policy interne e agli standard operativi in tutte le attività transazionali.

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:
* Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale in italiano e inglese
* Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza o discipline umanistiche; una genuina passione per il Real Estate è essenziale; master o precedente esperienza nel settore costituiscono un plus
* Attitudine proattiva all'apprendimento con forte impegno verso il successo del team
* Mentalità analitica acuta con meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli
* Capacità di gestire efficacemente carichi di lavoro ad alto volume

Cosa Offriamo
* Durata: Stage retribuito di 6 mesi
* Rimborso mensile: EUR850

Estimated compensation for this position:
850.00 - 850.00 EUR per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including, but not limited to, skills and competencies assessed on the basis of objective criteria.
