Internship - UBS M&A mid-market (Corporate Advisory Group)

Description du poste:

The selected resource will have access to the UBS platform (i.e. equity research, industry team, etc.), and will use databases and applications instrumental to financial analysis activities (Mergermarket, Aida, Bloomberg, Lince, Factiva, etc.).

The training project involves the acquisition of skills in financial statement analysis and reclassification, company valuation, business planning, drafting of teasers and information memorandums, preparation of pitches and other activities related to the origination and execution of M&A and/or ECM (Equity Capital Markets) and/or Debt Advisory mandates
