Role Overview
This internship provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the SAP Platform area, supporting daily SAP operations, analysis, documentation, and innovation initiatives.
You will work closely with the Campari Global IT SAP team to contribute to activities related to project delivery, systems operations and quality assurance across multiple SAP modules and technologies.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about enterprise systems, digital transformation, and complex ERP environments.
Education & Experience
You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree in:
* Computer Engineering
* Information Technology
* Management Engineering
* Computer Science
* Business Administration with IT focus
You have demonstrated interest in ERP systems, enterprise IT, or SAP solutions through academic coursework, projects, case studies, or participation in technology-focused student organizations.
Previous internship in IT or SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
Functional & Technical Skills
Must Have
* You have basic knowledge of IT systems, enterprise applications, or ERP concepts.
* You are comfortable using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis utilities.
Should Have
* You are familiar with or interested in learning SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Data Analytics, SAP Fiori, SAP Basis, or SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, CO).
* You have exposure to technical or functional documentation, data analysis, or process mapping.
* You show the ability to quickly learn new digital tools, understand complex system flows, and apply theoretical concepts in real operational scenarios.
Soft Skills & Behaviours
* You work effectively in a team environment by collaborating with peers and supporting shared objectives.
* You communicate clearly and professionally when interacting with stakeholders, preparing documentation, or asking questions.
* You demonstrate reliability and ownership by meeting deadlines and following through on assigned tasks.

What You Will Learn
* How a global SAP landscape is managed and supported.
* Exposure to SAP modules, Fiori apps, automation tools, and incident management processes.
* Hands-on involvement in real projects operational activities with senior SAP experts.
* Understanding of cloud, integration, and digital platform governance.
* Best practices in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
