KPIs Development for Services Engineering Metiers Department using Power BI.

Main Activities

Designing and implementing engineering multilevel KPI framework.

Construction of dashboards, test and development translating raw data into actionable insights. Documenting methodologies and training materials for end-users.

Acquire practical experience in data analysis and business intelligence by designing and implementing KPI dashboards.

Gaining a deep understanding of engineering performance metrics, organizational processes, and data-driven decision-making within a complex industrial environment.

Requirements

Master in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar); Computer Science; Data Science or Analytics ; Information Systems ; Business Intelligence or related technical disciplines.

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service; Ability to create dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards; Experience with Power Query and DAX.

Data Handling: understanding of data modeling and data integration; Experience with Excel and SQL.

Optional: familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint; Basic programming knowledge.strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and proactive. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Understanding of KPI frameworks and business performance metrics.
