Your role

We are looking for a Store Operations Intern who will join our team and support the optimization of store operations across our network. This internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about process improvement, efficiency, and retail operations, who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Our team oversees Retail Optical store operations across the EMEA region, managing a broad network of stores. We work on streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent execution across all locations in collaboration with local Store Operations teams across Europe.

Main responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and implementation of new operational guidelines to improve store performance.

* Help create training materials and documentation with a focus on preparing training materials for the tools being launched across different countries as part of our ongoing transformation and integration process.

* Support the analysis and optimization of store operational processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across locations.

* Support the coordination of monthly performance reviews and contribute to reporting activities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Supply Chain, IT) to support process enhancements.

Main requirements:

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Engineering, Retail Management, or a related field.

* Alternatively, previous internship experience in a similar role (store operations, retail management, process optimization) is a plus.

* Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and overall Office tools.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

* A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Passion for retail operations and process improvement.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.
