* Lean Optimization: Apply Lean methodologies such as 5S to enhance equipment and tool organization, improving overall operational efficiency.
* KPI Management: Develop, organize, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure optimal manufacturing performance.
* SOP Updates: Contribute to the review and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment between documented and actual practices.

Requirements
* Master's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, CTF, or Biology
* Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proactive attitude with solid organizational abilities
* Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
* Working knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and Power BI
* Academic exposure to Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
* Familiarity with GMP concepts and regulated manufacturing environments

What You'll Gain
Hands-on exposure to cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, practical application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a regulated environment, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, Operations, and shop floor teams - a strong foundation for a career in pharma operations or continuous improvement.
