Description du poste:

Within Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP), we are looking for a Sustainability & Market Intelligence Intern to support the Communications & Sustainability team in driving GCOO-GOSP's sustainability initiatives, with a particular focus on data analysis, governance support, internal communication, and market research. The intern will contribute to the collection and assessment of sustainability-related information, help monitor emerging trends in the ESG landscape, and assist in the coordination of key activities linked to the GCOO-GOSP Sustainability Council.

The candidate will join an international, dynamic, and innovation-oriented environment where you can develop strong analytical, communication, and project management skills while contributing to the organization's sustainability journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Market Intelligence
* Conduct comprehensive research on sustainability trends, practices, and innovations within the IT industry, in particular on Cloud and AI-related topics
* Monitor and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities for GCOO-GOSP to enhance its sustainability efforts.
* Develop and maintain a database of sustainability benchmarks and best practices relevant to IT operations.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market intelligence findings to inform strategic decision-making.

Data Collection and Analysis
* Assist in the collection of sustainability data from internal GOSP functions, focusing on IT emissions and related metrics.
* Support the Sphera tool project and migration activities with the central team.
* Analyze collected data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in sustainability practices.
* Help in the preparation and presentation of data analysis reports to management and other stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities
* Propose and promote sustainability initiatives within the GCOO-GOSP population to drive awareness and action.
* Investigate and recommend innovative ways to improve sustainability behaviors and processes within the organization.
* Leverage Global Days for local sustainability initiatives, such as Digital Clean Up Day.

This position will be primarily remote, with the office base in Trieste with the opportunity to travel to various internal sites. The role requires a high level of collaboration and engagement with diverse teams across the organization.
Organization: this opportunity is for maximum 6 months, full time (flexibility conditions can be discussed)

Profil requis du candidat:

* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
* Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental and social impact.
