You will join our Headquarters in Florence being part of the HR EMEA Department.

You'll support the team of the HR Business Partners in the following activities:
* Activation of recruitment channels
* Drafting and publishing job advertisements
* CV screening
* Conducting selection interviews and preparing evaluation reports
* Drafting HR documentation and contracts
* Providing day-to-day HR support to the retail network
* Data entry into SAP HR system / Deloitte Tickets
* Monthly updating of reporting files and document archiving
* Monitoring the performance evaluation system

What you'll bring
* Degree in Management, Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
* A Master's degree in HR or previous experience in the field will be considered a plus
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third foreign language, such as Spanish, French, or German, will be considered a plus
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Dynamic and proactive attitude
* Passion for the HR field and the luxury industry
