Team Introduction TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Job Responsibilities - Assist in the development and execution of live streaming strategies, monitor and analyze the performance of operations, providing actionable insights for improvement. - Provide guidance and support to campaigns, helping to optimize their content and grow their audiences and revenue. - Understand the psychology and behavior of creators and users in the Japan markets, provide constructive and exploratory suggestions to improve user experience and resolve issues

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in the following languages: English, Japanese, and Chinese. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Preferred Qualifications - Relatable internship or past experience from internet / e-commerce/ tech organization, preferably in a sales and marketing related field. - Internship experience in relevant firms. - Leadership experience in organizations. - Social media/creator/r/data analysis experience. - Tech/relevant industry experience.
