SEA and JP Service Operations is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. As a Service Operations Associate - Intern, you will support the Service Solutions Program Managers in day-to-day business operations and projects administration. You will maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures, provide liaison support between inhouse and external vendors, identify process improvement areas. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. - Tool and SOP Optimization: Learn and effectively use a variety of internal tools and platforms. Support Service Solutions PM on optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through solid SOP understanding and ensuring operational consistency. - Policy & Process Updates: Stay informed on the latest policy and process changes. Proactively adapt to new requirements and integrate them into day-to-day workflows. - SOP Maintenance & Optimization: Support the upkeep, review, and enhancement of SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy. Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements. - Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc or cross-functional projects. Contribute to the execution and documentation of project deliverables where needed

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Communication Skills: Excellent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and follow instructions. - Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic productivity software. Fast and accurate typing skills. - Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with strong organizational skills. Able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in documentation and process flows.
