Internship Overview

The CRM & Marketing Intern will support customer engagement activities, marketing campaigns, market research, and content preparation while gaining hands-on experience in insurance marketing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Support CRM and marketing campaign activities.
* Assist with customer communications and engagement initiatives.
* Conduct basic market and competitor research.
* Help prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
* Track campaign performance and maintain records.
* Support the team in day-to-day marketing operations.

Candidate Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment.
* Interest in marketing, customer experience, and the insurance industry
