Job Description

The Associate - Intern is a part of the FSC Accounting Team and provides accounting support within the scope of current team's jobs. A person will be working with Paroc manufacturing and sales companies in consistence with OC rules and under supervising of the senior.

The Associate - Intern fulfills carries out the provided tasks with best results and demonstrates teamwork and commitment to the success of (COMPANY NAME) in Europe.

FSC as part of GFOR Team is responsible for ensure the correct and timely Accounting over Lithuanian entity. This job is based in Vilnius.

Job Responsibilities

* Monthly reconciliation of GL accounts.
* Manual journal entries in the GL (accruals, adjustments, reclasses etc.).
* Conducting fixed asset accounting activities.
* Assistance in month/quarter end GL closing.
* Assistance Statutory Financial Statement preparation.
* Collecting supporting documents for internal and external audit.
* Assistance in filing VAT, Intrastat, Statistical and other legal reports.

Requirements

* Education in Financial Accounting, Economics or Business Management would be an advantage. Could be a 3rd or 4th year student.
* Strong English language skills (oral and written).
* Experience in Microsoft applications, mainly Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Experience in using ERP in a production company would be an advantage.
* Openness, attentive to details, trust and integrity.

Salary - 7,20 EUR/hour (gross)
