The Position
Would you like to start your professional career in the healthcare industry with a biotech leading company? We are looking for "early-in-career" colleague to join our team.
The role is based in Kaunas, Lithuania and up to 12-months assignment.
If you are a recent graduate from University Degree or you are enrolled in a Master/Postgraduate degree in business discipline, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What you can learn?
You would provide support directly to the Head of Customer Support and Service, who is leading the Roche Customer service and support and will share with you best practices, tools and build your skills for succeeding in a career. Kick-start your career with Roche! You'll gain hands-on experience in using cutting-edge digital tools. You'll also learn valuable project management skills in a dynamic international setting, working alongside diverse stakeholders and using agile methodologies like SCRUM and SAFe. Based in Kaunas, Lithuania, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team and receive mentorship from the Head of Service and Customer support, who will share insights and help you build a successful career.
Main projects and tasks:
Office Support & Facilities Coordinator
* Office equipment and premises maintenance coordination
* Workshop hygiene, cleaning coordination
* Office food, coffee and supplies coordination
Returns, replacements and decontamination of near patient care devices
* Manage device return from patients
* Manage device replacements to patients and closely collaborate with Supply Chain team
* Manage device decontamination and preparations for a return to centralized location
* Document all returns, replacements and decontamination activities in the system
Indirect Procurement Invoices management
* Upload invoices to the system in a timely manner
* Proactively follow up and communicate with colleagues to approve invoices on time
* Proactively collaborate with accounting team on resolving invoices management issues
Support Service team
* Implementation and coordination of service team projects & events
* Coordinate products transfer from/to workshop
* Coordinate shipments deliveries to workshop
* Prepare, collect signatures and archive instruments handover acts
* Coordinate and manage various activities for asset monitoring (physical checking at customer site, signatures collection, documents archiving, but not limited)
* Proactively follow up service team certifications training matrix, collect signatures and archive certificates
* Proactively coordinate service tools certification and closely collaborate with the team for tools calibration
* Support the service team with customer contact, instrument and asset management in the data management system.
Who You Are:
* Recent graduate from a university degree or master's program
* Prior project management exposure, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
* Fluency in English and Lithuanian language
Salary: 1200-1500 EUR gross/month. Final salary will depend on the level of skills and experience.
