Job Description
Main Responsibility:
* Support the profile alignment with Hiring Managers
* Create job post and conduct screenings
* Schedule interview and follow up with stakeholders
* Prepare offer letter
* Initiate employee ID creation and profile completion for onboarding documentations
* Support the exit process for interns, as well as any case of internship extension and shortening
* Provide assistance in both Learning & Development and International Assignment topics
Project Involvement:
* International Assignment process improvement
* Learning & Development process improvement
Profil requis du candidat:
Qualifications
* Strong command of English (both in written and spoken communication)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
* Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
* Detail-oriented and proactive
* Available for a minimum internship duration of 4 months (*please indicate your internship period in your resume*)
