The Merchant Ecosystem Development team builds, supports, and grows the community of sellers and merchants in TikTok Shop. You will gain hands on experience in analyzing data to drive operational improvements and contribute to the department's business plans. You will also collaborate with the team to gather and interpret operational data, build standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support task setups for sellers. Responsibilities - Data Analysis & Reporting: Work closely with the team to gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to improve efficiency and achieve business goals. Generate regular operational reports to support the team. - Operations & System Support: Support the setup and maintenance of system tasks, collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure smooth task execution and onboarding for sellers. - Data Visualization: Assist in designing, creating, and maintaining data visualizations and interactive dashboards

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills 3. Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Naturally curious with a proactive approach to identifying data-driven solutions. Preferred Qualifications 1. Understanding of E-Commerce operations and experience in project management 2. Tools & Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 3.
