Intern, Data Operations Hub

Description du poste:

Aufgaben

1. Administrative support within the ramp-up of Mercedes-Benz Data Operations Hub and OneData initiatives.
2. Support the implementation and alignment of demand management processes for future dashboards, KPI development, AI-driven solutions, and data infrastructure initiatives.
3. Steering, coordination, and documentation of meetings, including alignment sessions with Mercedes-Benz HQ in Stuttgart and DOH teams across Malaysia, Portugal, and Singapore.
4. Coordinate cross-functional activities between Data Operations Hub, HQ, Markets, Agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of data, reporting, and AI-related initiatives.
5. Prepare management presentations and communication materials using Microsoft PowerPoint (or other relevant tools), including data storytelling, business insights, project updates, and AI use-case proposals.
6. Support the exploration, documentation, and prototyping of AI use cases, including Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered automation, prompt engineering, intelligent reporting, and process optimization opportunities within DOH.
7. Assist in AI-powered productivity and automation initiatives, leveraging tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifikationen

* Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Development, Digital Marketing, or similar studies

Mandatory skills:
* Microsoft Power Point
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft Word

Helpful to have but not mandatory:
* Microsoft PowerBi
* Experience with Databricks
* SQL
* Python
* Proficiency in English language and computer literate
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
* 6 months internship period is required
* Internship period starts from September 2026 til Feb 2025
