Description du poste:
* Assist in managing daily vendor management tasks, ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time.
* Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to claims, including claim files, correspondence, and reports.
* Adhoc task: Assist cross-functional teams (if any) in any tasks that significantly impact the logistics metrics improvement. Keeping Seller Education Hub (SEH), Help Centre (HC), Knowledge Management System (KMS), Knowledge-Based (KB), and all other relevant information related to Logistics up to date
Profil requis du candidat:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
* Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Able to commit a minimum of full-time internship period for 3 months
