Aufgaben

TASK DESCRIPTION

* Support the project management team in coordinating resources, teams, and project activities.
* Support in asset monitoring and controlling procedure; to ensure the efficient monitoring and control of assets to maximize their utilization and lifespan.
* Engage in on-job-trainings within own department and cross-functional teams to gain knowledge and experiences on organization's core businesses
* Support day-to-day operations and administrative support to project management team to ensure fulfillment of organizational goal.
* Prepare, update and submit reports whenever required
* Deliver results on the assigned task in time and good quality
* Accepts full responsibility of all tasks that been assigned by the supervisor

Qualifikationen

Requirement
* Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or equivalent
* Computer literate preferably experienced
* Good command in English with good leadership and interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinking ability
