What will you do? Track and update maintenance KPIs. Support CMMS administration (creation and closure of work orders, data entry, and equipment history updates). Generate reports and perform data analysis to identify failure trends and improvement opportunities. Support preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Participate in failure analysis and continuous improvement activities (TPM). Assist in updating technical documentation and procedures. Support automation projects and equipment improvement initiatives. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong analytical skills and interest in data management. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, data analysis). Interest in industrial maintenance, automation, and improvement projects. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Interest in data analysis and industrial maintenance. Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools. Familiarity with KPIs or operational metrics is a plus.
