We are looking for a Retail Planogram & Planning Analyst who is passionate about understanding how products win at the point of sale. This role is ideal for recent graduates or interns with a background or strong interest in Sales, Retail, Business Strategy, or similar fields, who want hands-on exposure to commercial strategy and retail execution.

You will be part of a dynamic team supporting category growth and visibility across Latin America, working closely with commercial and category leaders. Through this role, you will learn how strategic decisions translate into real shelf impact across multiple channels.
You will gain field exposure by visiting points of sale, working directly with store layouts and product placement, and building data that drives smarter commercial decisions.

Your Impact

As a Retail Planogram & Planning Analyst, you will:
* Learn how to connect market share, shelf visibility, and shopper behavior, helping close the gap between Share of Shelf and Share of Market.
* Create, update, and analyze planograms that support sales and marketing strategies.
* Bring Category and Commercial strategies to life, seeing how marketing plans are executed in real stores.
* Support projects by organizing timelines, information, and deliverables under the guidance of experienced leaders.
* Build and maintain a high-quality database of product images, measurements, and store fixtures used for commercial planning.
* Develop strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills that are highly valuable for future roles in Sales, Marketing, or Category Management.
