Ubicación: Monterrey Hub (Punto Valle) Modalidad: Híbrida (2 días por semana) Horario: Matutino - 30 horas semanales Objetivo del Puesto: Brindar apoyo en las actividades operativas y de análisis del equipo de Gastos de Viaje, asegurando el cumplimiento (compliance) de la política de viajes para México y Latinoamérica, así como la correcta revisión, conciliación y análisis de reportes de gastos. Responsabilidades Principales Apoyar en las actividades diarias del equipo de Gastos de Viaje (T&E). Asumir un rol de compliance, identificando desviaciones, gastos no permitidos y oportunidades de mejora en el apego a la política. Soporte en análisis aleatorios de reportes de gastos para detectar inconsistencias, errores o tendencias relevantes. Apoyar en conciliaciones de gastos de viaje contra tarjetas corporativas y/o reportes contables. Apoyo en seguimiento a aclaraciones con empleados respecto a sus reportes de gastos. Apoyar en la generación de reportes internos y controles relacionados con gastos de viaje. Habilidades y Competencias Atención al detalle y alta capacidad de análisis. Organización y manejo de múltiples tareas. Orientación al cumplimiento de normas. Habilidad de comunicación para interacción con diferentes áreas. (Contabilidad, HR, Impuestos, Pagos) Proactividad y disposición para aprender. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Requisitos Estudiante activo/a de Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración, Negocios o carrera afín. (fecha de graduación: Mayo/Junio 2027, o despues) Conocimientos de contabilidad y finanzas. Manejo intermedio de Excel (filtros, fórmulas básicas, tablas). Deseable conocimiento o interés en políticas internas, compliance y control interno.
