Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer Intern, you will:

* Assist in designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
* Work with structured and semi-structured data from databases, files, and APIs
* Support data quality, validation, and monitoring efforts
* Help troubleshoot and optimize existing data workflows
* Collaborate with Data Squad engineers, analysts, and business partners
* Document technical processes, data flows, and best practices
* Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team learning sessions

Pre-University Qualification

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Foundational programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages

Basic understanding of databases and data concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* High English level (B2-C1)
* Ability to work full-time for 6 to 12 months
* Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team environment

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Coursework or academic projects related to data engineering, databases, or analytics

* Exposure to cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, or GCP
* Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or orchestration concepts
