Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: on site

This role is contributing to the electrification division in México.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Support the development and maintenance of production and fulfillment plans under the guidance of the Planning & Fulfillment team.
* Assist in analyzing production schedules, material availability, and delivery dates aligned with the master plan.
* Monitor basic operational and production performance indicators and help identify deviations or risks.
* Support data collection and reporting related to backlog, shortages, and delivery performance.
* Communicate identified capacity or material constraints to the Planning & Fulfillment team for further action.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Educational Background
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
​Experience
* No prior professional experience required.
* Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, planning, or supply chain is a plus.
Technical Knowledge
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis; pivot tables desirable).
* Basic understanding of ERP systems; SAP (PP or MM modules) is a plus but not mandatory.
Languages
* Intermediate to advanced English (ability to read documentation and communicate with cross-functional or international teams).
