What will you do? Management of company fleet-related processes, including administrative procedures, vehicle renewals and reassignments, as well as tracking and control of preventive and corrective maintenance. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency, providing attentive and empathetic service to executives. Effective communication and active listening skills, ensuring a clear understanding of needs. Focus on efficient process management, prioritizing key activities and identifying what is important and urgent. What's in it for you? Nationwide service support and coordination, ensuring consistent execution and coverage. Interaction with executives at different levels, tailoring service to their needs and expectations. Individual contributor role, with high autonomy, accountability, and a strong results-oriented mindset. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Tracking and management of key area KPIs, ensuring the achievement of operational and service objectives. Proficient use of Excel for data control, analysis, and reporting. Use of AI and Canva is a plus. Being a student of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related fields. Strong customer service focus, ensuring high levels of service quality and satisfaction. Efficient operational execution, ensuring timely delivery and process quality. Effective communication with stakeholders for request follow-up and resolution. Monitoring of satisfaction surveys, identifying improvement opportunities. Close follow-up on vehicle delivery, return, and reassignment processes.
