What will you do?
* Coordinate and track all warranty-related activities, including registration, validation, claims processing, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
* Act as the key point of contact for documentation and warranty status between project teams, customers, suppliers, and service teams.
* Support plant project managers in maintaining document control systems, version tracking, and centralized repositories.
* Monitor warranty claim trends and provide insights to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, procurement, service, and quality teams) to resolve warranty issues efficiently.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, documentation workflows, and warranty management practices.

Location: Planta Qro. 1.: Avenida Vesta No 23 y 25, Vesta Park Queretaro, Municipio Colón, C.P. 76295, Queretaro.
