Intern (IT TechOps)

Description du poste:

We are seeking a motivated and technically minded intern to join our Infrastructure Management Team. This internship offers hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies, identity and access management systems, network architecture, DevOps automation practices and Monitoring. The ideal candidate will work alongside experienced engineers to support critical infrastructure and identity services while learning industry's best practices.

* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
* Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Programming/scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
* Understanding of identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA)
* Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
* Knowledge of REST APIs and how to work with them
* Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems

* Assist in managing and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) platforms.
* Help develop and maintain automation scripts using Python
* Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
* Assist with network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities
* Support API integrations between various identity providers and applications
* Help document processes, procedures, and technical configurations
* Participate in security reviews and access audits
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects
* Research and evaluate new technologies and tools for potential implementation
