Job description
The office assistant intern is a member of the Shared Service Center of LVMH Beauty in the Netherlands. The primary responsibilities of the office assistant intern are to support the Dutch teams providing comprehensive and pragmatic operational office support to the business, reporting to the office- and fleet manager.
Desired Skills and Experience MBO thinking and working level, preferably with a secretarial, facility and/or administrative background Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both written and verbal) Attention to detail, accurate and structured Proactive and full committed to all aspects of work Efficient, with capacity to multi-tasking Ability to interact effectively with employees and external contacts Trustworthy with high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
