The Team
A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms, helping improve operating results at their portfolio companies. The team specializes in supporting performing companies to deliver growth strategies and assisting underperforming companies with reorganization and cost reduction. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of private equity portfolio companies across Europe.

How you will contribute
As an Intern, you will be part of the PEPI team for 6 months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Analyst role upon successful completion of the internship.
During those months you will gaining exposure to:
* Working on client engagements (either in the office or on client site)
* Developing company and industrial analyses
* Supporting research initiatives and new business development

Qualifications
* A strong academic background, currently enrolled in a Master's program and near the end of your studies or recently graduated.
* Well-developed and deep financial knowledge combined with strong analytical skills is essential
* Relevant practical experience in a consulting or financial environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Fluency in Dutch and English
