PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP
We're looking for a grounded and confident Agency intern to help out at Rituals Cosmetics HQ in Amsterdam from September 2026 for a period of 6 months for 32-40 hours. You'll be mainly supporting the production team of The Agency in all photography and film shoots for the Rituals brand, helping to create and maintain the brand's visual identity worldwide. In addition, you will assist the creative Agency with all-round tasks.
YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Your responsibilities will be supporting the creative Agency within Rituals and assisting the production team in the pre-production, production and post-production of photo and video shoots (involvement from A-Z).

Qualifications:

* You are a real Rituals fan!
* Hands-on + proactive: you jump in and get things done (especially on set)
* You can multitask and still keep overview
* Clear communicator with teams + external partners
* Organised, flexible + solution-minded
* You have a strong eye for detail
* You thrive in a fast, creative environment and love teamwork
* Valid driver's license (required)
* Available for 32- 40 hours per week
