We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Services Intern to join our EMEA Financial Services team. In this role, you will support Credit Operations and finance partners by ensuring data accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to automation and process efficiency. This internship provides valuable exposure to financial data management and cross-functional collaboration within an international business environment.

What You'll Do

* Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Analyze internal financial data, including interest rates, residual values, prices, terms, mileage, and other financing details, and reconcile it with finance partners' records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Discrepancy Resolution: Identify data mismatches, investigate root causes, and collaborate with Credit Operations, Sales Programs, Funding teams, and finance partners to resolve discrepancies.
* Automation Initiatives: Recommend automation opportunities for reconciliation and reporting processes, and support IT teams in developing, testing, and implementing new tools and features.
* Invoice Issue Management: Centralize and coordinate the identification and resolution of invoice issues to ensure timely delivery and prevent accounts receivable delays.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key reconciliation and operational metrics, providing insights and updates to stakeholders to enhance visibility and control.
* Process Improvement: Document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose enhancements to standardize and streamline data management and reconciliation processes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to align financial data, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve process reliability across systems.

What You'll Bring

* Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
* Proficiency in Excel or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
* A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
