Kickstart Your Career as a Recruiter Intern at ABN AMRO! Do you want to gain experience in the world of ABN AMRO Bank and think you know how to put ABN AMRO on the map for emerging talent? This is your chance! As a recruiter at the I&T Internship Office, you are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process for all new interns. The I&T Internship Office is the place where talent comes in, is screened, interviewed, and hired. You are the point of contact for managers who have questions about internships.

Your job

During your internship period, you will create and update ABN AMRO internship vacancies by proactively contacting managers from various departments. You will also be responsible for:
* Drafting and posting vacancies online.
* Screening CVs and cover letters.
* Finding suitable candidates for the vacancies within the bank.
* Maintaining good contact with hiring managers.
* Assisting with the onboarding of new interns.
* Using your new knowledge and perspectives to improve our recruitment and talent acquisition.

Your working environment

The I&T Internship Office is a unique environment; your team consists of 6 national and international young, driven, and sociable recruitment interns. Collaboration is central to us. There is a weekly meeting where all tasks are discussed. Furthermore, there is plenty of room for self-development and school projects, making it an ideal working and graduation internship! You are free to take on projects that interest you and you will organize masterclasses! During the masterclasses, you will learn more about the different departments and activities within the bank. Especially for interns at ABN AMRO, there is CASt, the Club ABN AMRO Interns. CASt organizes monthly events for all interns, allowing you to expand your network.

Your profile

* You are an HBO/WO student.
* You are studying something related to Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality or Business Administration.
* You have an affinity for recruitment.
* You are able to start in February 2026.
* You are enrolled at a Dutch university/higher level education for the entire duration of your internship.
* You are available for a minimum of 4 months.
