As a Front Office Intern at the Courtyard Amsterdam you will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other.
We are looking for a person who wants to be apart of developing our hotel.

Main tasks and responsibilities
* Welcome our guests and answer all their questions before/during/after their stay;
* You will check in and check out guests independently and of course with a smile;
* With your concierge service, you will fulfil all the wishes of our guests;
* By completing the checklists, you make sure that the shift stays organized;
* You have seen the guests even before they have entered the building, which is how you make sure the guests feels welcome immediately;
* You will meet different guest every day from different nationalities;
* You need to provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.
* You are service minded and your focus is on the guest experience.
* You have an eye for details
* You are a team player
* You have great energy and you are a people person
* You are flexible and positive
