This position is responsible for supporting Software and Alliances organization in Latin America. You will work in a team who supports the Infrastructure Solutions Group sales organizations in selling software solutions. The role requires the ability to work in teams, organizational agility to building relationship with internal and external stakeholders and planning/organizing skills to work on operational tasks that are related to our processes.

Responsibilities

* Support the analysis and preparation of business reports, metrics, and campaigns
* Assist in software quotation and renewal processes
* Provide operational support to sales and partner (alliances) teams
* Register, filter, and track business opportunities in internal systems
* Support the organization and coordination of executive meetings
* Assist with market and competitive analysis
* Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards
* Support quarterly closing activities and commercial campaigns
* Track renewals, quotations, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
* Assist with the creation and management of pricing, scope, and quote documentation
* Maintain internal tools, forms, and basic automation used by commercial teams

Requirements

* Current university student, of careers such as Business Administration, Engineering, etc
* Be available to work for 6 hours
* Intermediate English level
* Intermediate Excel level
