Internship Overview

As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of digital insurance. You will support cross-functional teams in areas such as Technology & Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and HR. This internship will provide you with exposure to real-world applications of insurance, fintech, and digital solutions while helping you develop professional and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

You may be assigned to work on the following areas across different teams:

* Assist in initiatives that are critical to business operations (eg. customer onboarding, sales programs, solutions development).
* Support the marketing team in digital campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
* Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings
* Help analyze data and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
* Participate in projects related to digital transformation, automation, and customer experience improvement.
* Assist the Products and Operations team in testing digital platforms (apps, portals, and websites) for functionality and usability.
* Model Testing & Validation: Supporting teams in testing models and interpreting results.
* Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, and updating of records.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn the end-to-end insurance process in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Science or Statistics, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, HR or Psychology or related courses.
* Strong interest in digital platforms, fintech, and insurance services.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL) is a plus.
* Good communication skills (written and verbal, English and Filipino).
* Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Location & Work Setup

Location: Bonifacio Global City

Duration: 2-3 months (or based on school OJT requirements)
