Creator Strategy Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Creator strategy team responsible for overall creator team performance, targets, OKR achievement, growth, budget consumption, and XFN collaboration with the objective of growing the creator ecosystem Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities - Strategy Operations: Support the team in formulating and refining strategies related to top creators. - Strategy Execution: Assist in the execution and data monitoring of creator and campaign initiatives. - Data Analysis: Conduct daily data tracking and analysis related to creators; provide insights and decision support for day-to-day business operations. - Reporting & Insights: Prepare basic reports and summaries to support strategic and operational discussions

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled university student, able to commit 4-5 days per week. - Basic understanding of e-commerce business models. - Strong data analysis fundamentals; proficient in Excel basic formulas and functions. - Clear logical thinking with good communication and collaboration skills. - Proactive learner with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and enthusiasm for the work. Preferred Qualifications - Ability to commit to a full-time (Return to Office 5 days a week) internship. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and creator ecosystems is an advantage. - Prior exposure or experience is a plus.
