As an Intern, you will gain firsthand experience in tender management by supporting the Tender Team with administrative tasks, assisting in the preparation of tender offers, and contributing across the full tender lifecycle. You will also support tender documentation and the coordination and tracking of tender sample stock.

Internship details:
* Start date: February/March 2026
* Location: Warsaw
* Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
* Working hours: 30 hours per week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
* Working model: hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Providing general administrative support for the Tender Team in a professional manner
* Supporting activities across the full tender lifecycle
* Engagement in tender samples procedure
* Entering data into corporate systems
* Collating information relating to bid documents and tenders
* Sorting and processing incoming correspondence (emails)

Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
* Excellent command of Polish (spoken and written) and at least intermediate level of English
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks
* Self-motivation, strong work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail

Would be a plus:
* Studying Business, Administration, Economics, Healthcare, Law or Pharmacy
* Problem-solving mindset, positive team attitude, and willingness to learn and develop
