This Position reports to:Functions Hub Infrastructure Manager

The Role:

As an Internal Communications & Admin Intern, you'll support the planning, creation, and delivery of communications that matter. From crafting compelling content to coordinating company events, from managing internal channels to ensuring smooth project execution - you'll see firsthand how strategic communication shapes culture and drives results. You'll work alongside experienced communicators, contribute to real projects, and develop skills that are increasingly in-demand in today's workplace.

About the Internship:

* Start date: as soon as possible (preferably May 2026)
* Work in a modern office in Kraków
* Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home per week)
* We expect availability of at least 20 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

* Assisting in planning, promoting, and executing internal communication activities and company events
* Supporting content creation for internal communication purposes
* Monitoring and updating internal communication channels
* Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of ABB Services Hub projects (communication, events, CSR initiatives, etc.)

Requirements:

* Student in a field related to communication, marketing, social media management, GBS or similar (active student status)
* Very good command of English, with strong writing skills
* Creativity, resourcefulness, and innovativeness
