Summer Internship | LSEG Gdynia
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is a global leader in financial markets infrastructure and data. Our Gdynia office - opened in 2006 and now home to over 1,200 colleagues - is the largest LSEG site in Poland and a long-term career hub for early talent.

We're looking for interns with a growth mindset, curiosity, and interest in technology to join us this summer (June/July) for a 3-month internship, with the opportunity for longer-term cooperation.
You'll receive structured training to support your learning, while being encouraged to challenge existing processes and explore how new tools and AI can improve the way we work.
First-time interns can expect an hourly rate of 31.40 PLN gross.

What we're looking for:
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with large financial datasets
* Strong English skills ( and additional languages from European and Arabic languages)
* Good organization and comfort working with Microsoft Office
* Tech-savvy mindset; basic Excel skills and interest in tools like Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps
* AI literacy and understanding how AI supports data processing
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse, international team
* Basic understanding of SQL

Recruitment focus: You don't need prior experience - we care about your motivation and willingness to learn. For interviews, we expect basic awareness of:
* Investment funds and key asset classes
* Financial markets and risk concepts
* New technologies (AI, MS Power Platform, VBA, Python, etc.)
* Working with large data sets

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł60,000 - zł90,000. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
