WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Students of 4th and 5th year or University graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation, preferably with an academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economy, Management and Production Engineering or equivalent technical fields of study.
* Proficient English Speaker
* Excellent communicator
* A person with an advanced level of MS Excel
* Problem solver with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
As an asset:
* VBA and ERP knowledge, SAP R3 experience as a big plus,
* Experience exposed to materials requirements planning (MRP), market projects, and materials specification activities.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Execute the DIM (Direct Issue Material) end-to-end call-off orders by:

* Planning, analyzing, and executing MRP activities and communication with Factory's Production Planning (including escalation process with EU DIM Procurement).
* Maintaining DIM inventory levels and minimizing LOGD, stock without requirements, and aged products.
* Maintaining and measuring vendor performance in terms of OTIF and responding to rush orders.
* Executing regular maintenance of SAP material master data (MRP Views) for DIM
* Proposing improvements covering system [SAP] and process [MRP].

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
