We are looking for someone to join a dynamic team that works closely with the business stakeholders to:

* determine/confirm KYC data and collect relevant information for Individuals and Companies in line with KYC and regulatory requirements
* correctly perform searches, identify red flag situations and escalate in line with policy and procedures
* classify entities from a risk and regulatory perspective
* ensure appropriate and confidential handling / sharing of sensitive information
* contribute ideas and participate in efforts to further improve and streamline the process

Your team

You'll be working in the KYC Onboarding team in Krakow, Fabryczna Office Park. As part of the team you will be conducting due diligence checks on potential non-clients across all business areas (e.g. intermediaries, third parties that directly support the business activity of our Clients or have other relationship with UBS). You will be responsible for analyzing data and documents to manage and mitigate the risk of being involved in money laundering, financing terrorism or other illegal activities.

Your expertise

* bachelor's/master's or Student status
* previous experience in KYC/AML/Compliance would be an asset
* fluent in English while French, German, Italian or Spanish would be an asset
* meticulous work ethic, with attention to detail and service orientation
* great communicator, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
