Internship at B2B Customer Care

This is not a call center job, so as part of our Customer Service Team, you will actively support the coordination of European deliveries, collaborate with major B2B clients and dive deep into real supply chain processes using SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o day-to-day order processing and delivery coordination,
o communication with internal stakeholders across Europe,
o handling customer requests in a professional and solution-oriented way,
o operational tasks essential for smooth supply chain execution.
o contributing to digitalization and AI driven improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

o Student or recent graduate status
o Full time availability for 3 months (July-Sept 2026), option for further prolongation of the cooperation
o Strong communication skills
o Good Excel & PowerPoint skills
