In this role, you will be the backbone of our regional HR operations, directly influencing the employee experience by ensuring documentation excellence and shaping the efficiency of our Polish personnel processes. Even while focusing on our local operations, you will operate within a fast-paced international environment, collaborating with stakeholders across the EMEA region to deliver HR support.

Logistics:

Location: Krakow, Poland

Key Exciting Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing employment contracts and documentation
* Organize and manage personnel files (electronic and physical)
* Support data entry in HR systems
* Track BHP training validity and assist with scheduling medical exams
* Learn about and ensure compliance with Polish labor law
* Provide general support to the HR team and participate in daily operational HR activities and problem-solving

Essential Skills & Experience
* You are a current student based in Krakow, Poland, available to contribute at least 20 hours per week.
* You possess a foundation in Excel, specifically with functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
* You are a clear and confident communicator in both English and Polish, with a high level of attention to detail.

Bonus Points For:
* Previous experience in an HR environment or an internship within a corporate setting.
